Hey so I just made 2 automatrons because why not, and now I can’t edit or rename my new automatron. Dismissing them resets their name to "AUTOMATRON" permanently. I literally can't use my badass Automatrons as companions or else their name goes blank and I can no longer modify them. No amount of troubleshooting and looking up online has gotten me any answers as to why this simple yet INFURIATING bug even occurs. I make a robot, I name the robot, all is well. Any fixes for this So, I googled this, and as per usual, the only results were a scattering of other people with the same problem, no one ever actually gave them a fix, and their pages timed-out. I've tried deleting all my saves and clearing the F4 Documents folder. Automatron Companions lose their names, and can no longer be modified. I've tried nuking my game and restarting with a clean install. So I've been trying to deal with this glitch for the past few days and it seems that literally nothing I do fixes this.
